Terms & Conditions

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms govern your use of hexatrade.us, any quotation we issue to you, and any order you place with HEXATRADE LLC. By using the site or requesting a quotation you accept them.

1. About us

HEXATRADE LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms “we”, “us” and “HexaTrade” mean HEXATRADE LLC, and “you” means the person or business using the site or placing an order.

2. Using this website

You may use the site to browse our catalogue and request quotations for your own business or personal purchasing purposes. You may not use it to submit false or misleading information, to send automated or bulk requests, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, or to copy the site's content for a competing catalogue. We may restrict or withdraw access where these terms are breached.

3. Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can, but specifications, materials, colours and packaging are subject to change by the manufacturer and to normal production tolerance. Images are illustrative: colours vary between screens, and printed or embroidered branding may differ slightly from a mock-up. Minimum order quantities and lead times shown in the catalogue are indicative and are confirmed in your quotation.

4. Quotations

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Submitting the quotation form is a request; it does not create a contract and does not reserve stock or production capacity.

  • A quotation we issue is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states otherwise.
  • Prices are quoted in the currency you request, at the incoterm you specify. Where a currency other than USD is quoted, the price may be revised if the exchange rate moves materially before the order is confirmed.
  • Unless the quotation says so expressly, prices exclude import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes, VAT and destination-port fees. These are your responsibility.
  • Freight is quoted on the basis of the destination you give us. A change of destination, incoterm or delivery method may change the price.
  • Quotations are given on the basis of the volumes stated. Reducing the quantity after a quotation may change the unit price.

5. Orders

A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice and you accept it, or when we receive your agreed deposit — whichever happens first. Any purchase order you send is subject to these terms; your own standard purchasing terms do not apply unless we accept them in writing.

Once production of a customised or branded item has started, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Stock items may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to any costs already incurred.

6. Samples

Samples are supplied so you can assess quality before committing to a production run. Sample cost, where charged, is credited against your first bulk order of the same item. A sample is representative, not a guarantee that every unit will be identical in every respect.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods are set out in your quotation and typically include bank transfer (T/T), letter of credit, card payment via a secure payment link, PayPal, and escrow arrangements. No payment is ever taken through this website.

Unless agreed otherwise, a 30% deposit is payable on order confirmation and the balance before dispatch. Open-account terms are available only to established partners and only where agreed in writing. All bank charges, including intermediary bank fees, are payable by you. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.

Payment fraud warning: our bank details do not change mid-transaction. If you receive an email asking you to pay into a different account, do not pay it — call or email us at info@hexatrade.us to verify first.

8. Delivery

Lead times run from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the deposit, and from approval of any artwork or pre-production sample. They are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates; we are not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer, freight carrier, customs, port congestion or any event outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you at the point determined by the agreed incoterm. Where you are the importer of record, you are responsible for customs clearance, duties and ensuring the goods may lawfully be imported into and sold in your country.

9. Inspection, shortages and returns

Please inspect goods on arrival. Any shortage, visible damage or discrepancy must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs. Latent defects must be notified within 30 days of delivery. Where a claim is accepted, we will at our option replace the affected goods, credit them, or refund them. We do not accept returns of correctly supplied goods simply because they are no longer required, and customised or branded goods are non-returnable.

10. Warranty

We warrant that goods will correspond with the specification in the order confirmation and will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, improper laundering or storage, or normal variation in colour and finish between production batches. Except as stated here, all other warranties and conditions implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

The HexaTrade name, logo, site design, photography and product copy belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Where you supply artwork, trade marks or brand assets for a customised order, you confirm you own or are licensed to use them, and you agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from our use of them on your instructions.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you have paid us for that order.

13. Compliance and resale

You are responsible for satisfying yourself that the goods meet the regulatory, labelling and safety requirements of the market in which you intend to sell them. Where you need specific certification or test reports, tell us before ordering so we can confirm what the manufacturer can provide.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, factory closure, shipping disruption, port closure, embargo, sanction, or failure of utilities or telecommunications.

15. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to recover sums due in the courts of the country where you are established. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

16. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the quotation and order confirmation, form the whole agreement between us. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when your order is confirmed is the version that applies to it.
